Creating a Folder Under Personal Folders
To keep messages on your hard disk rather than on the
server, you should create a folder under Personal Folders. The steps to do so are as
follows:
- Right click on Personal Folders (middle column of Inbox
window).
- Choose Create subfolder.
- Type in the name you wish to give the folder, such as Old
Mail.
- Click on OK.
- Place checkmark next to "Don't prompt me about this
again." Click on No.
You can create subfolders under this new folder. Simply
right click on the new folder name and follow Steps 2-4. |
