Employee Parking

EVMS employees are eligible for parking on the EVMC campus.

  • Employees may elect to establish a parking account via the EVMS Benedetails website during their employment orientation or their annual benefits open enrollment.
  • Parking fees are deducted from the employee's paycheck.  Employee may select either pre-tax or post-tax dollars for payroll deduction.
  • Parking account can be cancelled at any time.
  • Employee receives two free parking media.  Additional media sold at cost.
  • Parking media must be properly affixed to the registered vehicle.
  • Email EVMS Parking Coordinator for vehicle changes and new parking media.
  • Employees waive parking through Benedetails.  Waiving parking means employee is not authorized to park in any EVMC parking facility.
