Board of Visitors' Schedule

Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held in the Burroughs Board Room, fifth floor of Andrews Hall. If you have questions about a meeting location, please call the Office of the President, (757) 446-5200.

• The EVMS Board of Visitors meets at 4 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month, as indicated below.

•  The Academic Affairs Committee meets at 4 p.m. in the Dean's Conference Room, Brickell Library, as follows:

• The Audit and Compliance Committee meets when necessary in July/August, October, January and April. The next meeting will be held Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at 1 p.m., in the Burroughs Board Room.
• The Executive Committee meets when necessary.
• The Finance Committee meets at 4:30 p.m. (unless otherwise noted), as follows:

• The Honorary Degrees Committee meets when necessary.
• The Strategic Planning and External Affairs Committee meets when necessary.
• The Trusteeship Committee meets when necessary. The next meeting will take place at 9 a.m., May 6, 2013, in the Dean's Conference Room, second floor of the Brickell Rotunda.
