Network Information Center
The Network Information Center (NIC) supports a wide range of services for students, residents, faculty and staff. Our responsibilities include supporting enterprise applications, desktop computing, server configuration and maintenance, network accounts, and all network communication devices.

After-Hours Support: Calls reporting a technical emergency outside of normal business hours will be investigated accordingly. An after-hours answering service will relay the concern to an on-call engineer for further investigation. Calls relating to non-emergent issues will be addressed the next business day.
