Faculty Annual Evaluation
Faculty Performance Evaluations are completed annually by employed Faculty. In order to standardize and streamline the annual faculty evaluation process, the Human Resources Office has developed a web-based faculty activity and evaluation system. At a certain point in the evaluation, the system will direct faculty here to access the Activity Reporting Template. Questions or issues with the Faculty Evaluation should be addressed to Human Resources at 446-6043.
The goal of the Annual Faculty Performance Review process is to provide a meaningful assessment of faculty productivity, promote the development of goals and expectations, foster and support faculty development and mentorship, and guide junior faculty in career advancement through formative discussions with the Department Chair/Division Chief.
