You can honor a family member or friend, mark a special occasion, remember a loved one or thank a dedicated physician or nurse with an honor or memorial gift. Your gift will be used to meet EVMS' most pressing needs through the EVMS Fund, or you may direct your support to the specialty or program of your choice.
Please include the name of the individual being honored or memorialized, along with the name and address of the individual(s) to whom you would like an acknowledgement sent.
For those who would like to include donation information for EVMS in an obituary, please see the sample language below:
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the EVMS (fund/area/or department). Please make memorial gifts payable to the EVMS Foundation and indicate "in memory of (name of the deceased)" on your gift. These gifts may also be made online at www.evms.edu/givenow or mailed to:
