EVMS greets new
students
August 18, 2008
NORFOLK, VA — EVMS welcomed its newest crop of up-and-coming
medical professionals Monday as the first semester of the academic year
got underway.
Orientation for new students started with the annual breakfast hosted by
Dean Gerald Pepe, Ph.D., following by a welcoming ceremony and greetings
from school leaders. The week is filled with lectures and activities
geared toward acclimating new students to campus and ensuring they're
equipped for the rigors of a leading academic medical institution. |
